Is my order secure and how do I know for sure?
Yes. We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry-standard 128 bit encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. You can tell if a connection is secure if the URL in the location bar starts with "https". The 's' means the site is secure. All browsers will also indicate that the site is secure by displaying a padlock either in the location bar or at the bottom of the browser window. Double clicking on the padlock will allow you to view the SSL certificate, which among other things will tell you the owner of the SSL certificate and who issued it. Our SSL certificate was issued by Geotrust.
What forms of payment do you except?
We except all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We currently do not accept checks, or money orders.
Can I place an order over the phone?

No, all our prices are the lowest and most competitive we can offer.
What is your return policy?
Cycle Fixx will replace any defective item with the same item, within 14 days of the original purchase. Non-defective items returned for exchange must be in stockable condition with all bags and tags intact, and returned within 14 calendar days of purchase. All returns and exchanges must include a copy of the original receipt. To return any item, please contact us for a return authorization number, otherwise your return will not be accepted.
Cycle Fixx will only cover the cost of return shipping for defective items. If a non defective item is returned for exchange, a shipping charge in the USA via UPS Ground of $14.95 will apply to reship the new item.
Only unused items with tags intact can be returned for a refund less shipping fees and a 10% Restocking Fee. Cycle Fixx cannot assume liability for lost or damaged return shipments. There are no exchanges or refunds on used saddles or opened DVD's unless they are defective.

Items in stock ship within 24 hours. Back order items can take 3-6 business days to ship.
UPS DOES NOT ship to Post Office boxes. We ship military APO/AFO, AK, HI & PR via USPS Priority Mail NOT at the above rates. A shipping surcharge of $2 above the stated priority mail rates applies with NO Free shipping option. UPS is NOT an option for these destinations.

Please note overnight delivery is only for the lower 48 states. For overnight shipments on handlebars and windtrainers please email for cost. For overnight shipments to Hawaii and Alaska please email for cost.
NYC customers are welcome to pick up their items at our warehouse on West 86th Street. Simply call us. Also we offer FREE same day delivery to New York City customers between 96th street and 42nd street on orders over $500. This service is available Monday-Friday only on items in stock and does not apply to exchanges, or returns. Orders must be placed by noon. Please call/email if you would like to know if you can receive same day delivery on your order.
Oversized items, such as Windtrainers and Wheels, are shipped via UPS Ground.

International Per Package Shipping Rates via United States Post Office (USPS) Global Priority for items under 4 lbs. If your order exceeds 4 lbs. you'll be notified of the additional shipping cost. Below is a list of countries we ship to.

What is your back-order policy?
Everything listed on the site is usually available for immediate shipment. In case we are temporarily out of stock on the item you ordered, we will notify you by email within 24 hours and you will be given the option of canceling the transaction. If you decide to proceed with the transaction and wait until the item is available for shipment, our normal back order time is 3 business days.
Can I check the status of my order?
Yes. You will need the Order ID #and the e-mail used to place the order, both of which can be found in the order confirmation e-mail that was sent to you. In that same e-mail you will find a link to the Order Status Page.
What is your privacy policy?
We never sell or give away your information. If you sign up for our mailing list, we will periodically send you information about current specials, promotions and giveaways.
